MINIATURES ARE MEANT TO BE FUN AND BRING JOY!
If for any reason you are unhappy with your miniature, PSM is happy to refund your purchase less any shipping charges & insurance PSM has paid.
1. Customer must contact PSM within 3 days of receipt (date of delivery according to USPS delivery confirmation) with request for refund.
2. Return the merchandise (customer paid) in the same condition within 7 days (usually customer can reuse PSM packaging to ship back the same way).
3. Once item is received, customer will be refunded purchase price less shipping charges and insurance if incurred by PSM and passed to customer as free shipping options.
4. We cannot refund merchandise shipped back to us that becomes lost or broken, so please add that little bit of extra for insurance to protect the merchandise until the transaction has been completed.
We are not responsible for Lost or Stolen packages. We do everything on our end to get the package to you in the best possible way but it is the buyer's responsibility to track package with tracking provided, talk to carrier if issues arise, and provide a safe secure place for delivery. We are not responsible for packages shipped to "WRONG LOCATIONS" due to the customer providing us with a wrong address, so please double and triple check that you have provided us with your CORRECT current address. "DELIVERED" packages are considered delivered.
PSM does not offer exchanges.
If customer places order and wishes to cancel, customer may do so as long as PSM has not shipped the order so please contact PSM right away.
